Today is beautiful in the paradise that is Arcata, CA. Pictured above is me in my completed nook through the view of my double dream catcher. The catcher has really been helpin me out in dream world.
In t-minus 3 hours, I will be on a flight to Seattle where i will meet up with Lynxy :) Yay! And then we are going on a 3 day backpacking trip in Olympic National Park (ONP). I'm so excited to see ONP and experience its silence. Apperently ONP is one of the quietest places in the contiguous United States (About it's solitude). This means that there are no sounds from nearby highways and the area isn't in the flight path of airlines. I'm so excited! This is my spring break by the way.
In other news, I finished my nook. I have been sleeping in it for the last few nights. It's so comfortable. Even more comfortable than I imagined. The nook warming party will commence very soon.
Life. It's been great. Flowin. Wonderful synchronicity. Activity. I've been singing with people/myself and making rythms on my looping pedal and writing lyrics. I'm really interested in performing musically with other people or myself (whichever works out). I'm trying to work on some hip hop electro stuff (See: Grimes or Aby Wolf). I didn't know how good it felt to sing and get out that energy in that way. Still breakdancin'. Still getting into trapeze. Still remodeling Dan's studio (just finished laying the BR tile yesterday...score!!)
