Day One...

Today starts my month long commitment to:
  • not spending money (excepting transportation costs and rent)
  • cutting out all stimulants (coffee, alcohol,...)
  • starting a daily fitness regiment
For the whole not spending money deal I will rely on barter, foods that already exists in my house (we have lotsa forgotten grain and bean), and sharing with others while not expecting anything in return. I think if I give myself to others then everything I need for survival will show itself and maybe even a few things that are not required for survival.
